Starting November 7th Myself and my gym (www.ragincrossfit.com) will be starting a 30 day paleo challenge. I plan on documenting my entire month with pictures, food log, and measurement logs. as well as a continual update on how i feel and what type of training i am doing. i dont plan to see very large fluctuations in mood, or weight as these have remained stable for the past few months. I do foresee my body composition changing as this is my biggest goal at this point in my paleo/primal journey. i still have a little fat i am holding around my mid section that is being stubborn and i am hoping 30 days non stop of being strict will help mobilize this. i will keep you updated on my progress with what i anticipate to be daily posts through out the 30 days. for reference below is a picture of where i started and where i have ended up, i hope to see significant transformations within this month, and i hope you enjoy following along and i hope that this will give you courage to either start your own paleo/primal journey or dig you heels in and dive further into the journey you have already begun.
